Afiorakis

Antonios Fiorakis

Founder

Hey! I am Antonios, a Greek/Italian, born and raised in the seaside village of Agia Marina in Greece.

As a kid I had the chance to live many experiences in an international environment and am very proud to be an alumni of the IE Business School.

I worked for 2 great corporate "schools", JTI and Beiersdorf, but I needed the passion/love/excitement of starting up.

Teoulas

Theodoros Orfanidis

Tech Lead, Co-Founder

a.k.a. “Theo” amongst friends. I started programming as a kid on a CPC 6128, trying to write my own games. Years later, I still hadn't written any fun or playable game, but ended up writing code for the web. I am the guy who rejects pull requests while mumbling something about “refactoring”. At times, I even write code, or tests, or something…

Before starting incrediblue, I have worked as a software engineer for various small to mid-sized companies.

In my free time, I like watching movies, reading books and biking. Oh, and I serve my two dog-sized cats.

Gatosg

George Gatos

Business Development, Co-Founder

Born and raised in Greece, studied in the UK and the USA. I worked as a business consultant responsible for business planning and fundraising for innovative ICT companies, while later held a possition as an investment officer in a VC firm.

I am an active member of the SE European startup community and I participate in several groups that foster entrepreneurship and innovation, business plan competitions and venture academies.

I believe that incrediblue will change the way people experience sea by offering experiences that worth to remember and share with those you love. I am the business development guy of the crew ready for an amazing trip.

Ispyropoulos

Ilias Spyropoulos

Web Developer

I joined the incrediblue team in early 2012 and I cannot express how thrilled and inspired I have been since that time! I am a proud member of the development group and my responsibility is to produce the high quality Rails code that fuels the incrediblue platform.

Here's a little about my background. I finished high school in Thessaloniki, Greece and got my first job in Athens working as a trainee DTP specialist. What followed involves a couple of IT degrees and a few programming jobs in Greece and UK. Some of the work I did helped Roche with clinical drug trials and Britannia Building Society with their regional managers training.

In my career I was influenced by some great talents that inspired my way of thinking and enlightened me as person. My current vision is to use my superpowers and take the incrediblue concept to the next level. We want to make a genuine difference, globally!

Iresil

Irene Spanou

Web Developer

Coming from a very small village, I was born and raised in Greece and as a kid my biggest dream was learning how to "speak in code", so I eventually ended up studying Computer Science and getting a master's degree in the same field. The areas I chose for further specialization are Biometrics and Network Security, but due to my hunger for knowledge and personal development, before I joined the incrediblue team I also worked as a Web Developer for 5 years. During my studies and work I learned how to design website templates, a skill I owe to my artistic inclinations.

This knowledge, combined with a lifelong quest for efficient communication, has given me the perfect opportunity to become the intermediate between design and development. I am the one who receives static images from the designer and happily translates them into templates that can be fully interacted with.

In my spare time I read, write, paint, play computer games and have endless debates about philosophical matters.

Klou

Thanos Papavasiliou

UX/UI Designer

I am a UX/UI designer based near Mount Olympus, Greece. I am kind of (a) big (deal) & tall and my friends call me klou.

I don’t consider myself an artist or a writer but I do write some poetry & short stories for kids in Greek when I have the time.

I consider myself extremely lucky because I get paid to do what I love while I have time to enjoy my family, my friends, the sea and the sun in a beautiful country with huge economic problems. I also like to sell things online.

At incrediblue I give my best to help boat owners & sea lovers to find their ultimate combination of good business & excitement.
